@jameskparos Not completely, it appears that the belt was too tight from the tension pully being tightened down too far (mounted to the inside of the rear support). From the design it looks like this should have some very slight give to it, and mine did not. I loosened it and the noise in the video has gone away. However, there is a smaller noise when starting and cooling down and some smoothness issues when exercising so I think the damage has been done. I am still going to exchange mine.
@jameskparos Disclaimer: I really don't know what to call the parts, this would probably be better suited as a video response and the instruction manual is completely useless for understanding how it is supposed to work. It seems like from other reviews that you either get a great machine that is quiet or a lemon like me.
Did you find out what the problem was? I was looking to buy this product but this gives me a little concern.
