  • I used to get Minute Maid Light when I was doing weight watchers... it took a little getting used to, but now I prefer it. Would the natural sugars make you "dump" or is that just refined sugars?

  • Splenda makes a brown sugar. I have not tried it, but I did see the bag at BJ's. I am also in FL, so if you know where a BJ's is, then you can get (pseudo) brown sugar.

  • First and most importantly I LOVE YOU posts! I don't know if it is everywhere but here in Ca. we have splenda in brown sugar also Whole foods market sells several sugar free syrups I gave it to my kids and they did not notice. Thanks for the Smuckers hint....love it!

  • For oatmeal, I use the Quaker instant maple & brown sugar flavor -- excellent and all the sweetness of pancakes with maple syrup! But have you tried the Splenda brown sugar? I have some in the cabinet and I think my husband has used it, but I haven't tried it yet. I wonder if that would give you the brown sugar you like, too? I haven't seen that Smucker's flavor yet, but I will look for it. That juice IS excellent!

  • between 1000 and 1200 always.. never over 1200

  • I always have cream of wheat or oats in the morning.. never instant :P umm have a protein bar mid morning and a salad with some chicken or fish at lunch.. sometimes I have a low fat yogert before dinner or something like an apple.. then at dinner I try to get in 3 oz of meat, 1/2 cup of veggies ( thats before I cook them) and 1/4th carbs like brown rice or something. everyday is different but this is most of the time what I get in. :)

  • Hi April! I have 3 kids, and I'm going to look for that syrup, because my 4yo eats pancakes in the morning almost everyday, and I thought I was doing good with my "lite" syrup with 100 cal, 0 fat, 26 carbs, 24 sugar. Sooooo, I will look for it for sure! Thanks!

  • I am so going to look for that Juice, the Orange Juice does not bother me but I am concernd about the Calorie's, with this Light Juice you get half..Great news!!!
