Yes in at least one timeline Song survived to tell him that he will see her when Pandorica opens, however due to the nature of time travel altered events in the past can change the results of one of the adventures changing the timeline completely. Song can die, and the Doctor will never had done any of those other things she was expecting him to do with her because she will cease to exist in the future.
