the blue light place is not needed till the end ie when you have the orb and given agrippa the tonic

you need to go back upstairs where you began this part and open the door that you did not open this time which has leavers to open the heavy doors by agrippa

the tar is to put the orb back together

and the meat is for the water monster as you need it flem on a bone to make the tonic
