"this is going to be my first of many montages" that is what it says in your description for a song posted 4 years ago and your account hsa 2 videos to date. not what i'd call 'many'
Check your facts. Ofcourse its phil singing, but its still from Gary Moores solo album. Written by Moore/Lynott. Gary Moore on guitar, Brian Downey on drums and lynott on bass and vocals. end of story.
Well since your big on facts let me point out a few to you. No such word as Ofcourse, Phil is spelt with a capital P, moores should be Moore's. But who gives a shit about that either
by the time ive posted this comment, it will of been exactly 1year since this vid was posted, i love it! possibly my fave sg of theirs, but hey i love 'em all!
This was gary moores song he writen it ask phil to apear on it, the story was gary asked phil what he thought of this tune he had writen phil said it had a french vibe and put words to it the opening phrase "i remember paris in 49" actualy is about his dad called paris who was born in the year 49
I've heard many of my friends with the almost the same taste of music that me, and they say this song is boring everytime I plays it, but they're so fuckin' wrong, cause this song is awesome..!
I really see what you mean with your comment, but they have actually a great taste of music.. Bands like Zeppelin and Stones, and really most of the 70's rock.. But I understand what you mean, and yeah, this is a true masterpiece that in a good way sends shivers down my spine.. ;P
Man...I still remember this song being played as an interval for students to check their answers for listening comprehension exam for the N'Levels! :D hahaha...VERY NICE!
