  • great instruction. What I do is set up my delay volume equal to my live guitar. Then I play only half of the pattern, and the delay repeats it back to me. My half, and the delay's repeat of that equals your whole pattern, if that makes sense.

    Oh, actually, I may have forgotten to mention that on the CD he has two delays going on at once, one dotted eighth note delay and one quarter note delay. They're obviously set to the same bpm and you tap in quarter notes for each.
