Hello again :). It's been a while. Just wanted to everyone know...my Trans Am is dead. Transmission is forever stuck in 2nd gear (it's an auto). Don't know if it is worth repairing. What do you folks think I should do :)?

since i got my firebird in 2005 ive replaced every light on the exterior of the car and both headlights atleast 6 times each..lol so be glad its the fog lamps on yours

well last few i put in i got for free because they have 1 year warranties and if you complain enough and have the receipt the auto parts store will replace it for you but then again im there so much im friends with everyone lol

This is a total guess, but I'm going to say FlowMaster exhaust. And of course it's a V8 - that's the (basic) difference between a regular firebird and a trans am.

Yes the next video is already up and she is moving beautifully, It is a auto, wish it was a stick though maybe sometime down the road when the tranny starts acting up i could change it over to a stick, I'm planning to do some major engine work next winter, we'll see how the cash flow is then. I have a '99 Trans-Am too. It's a t-top with over 140k on the engine. It still runs pretty well but it needs a good buff job. Since import cars are so much more popular though, I wonder now if it is worth me keeping the car......

you are one one the lucky ones the convts are hard to come by, here at least. actually the t-tops are really nice i like them a lot, they actually fit in the trunk (as long as there isnt anything in there) after putting them in there is no room left over for anything. oh well tho its worth it. it can be a pain tho if you wanna take them off you gotta pull over and spend 2 or 3 mins getting them off. is yours a 99 too?

yessir ;) 99 all the way, automatic convertible.. got dual magnaflow exhaust and working on some sound soon (the trunk space is a problem so far though.. i was thinking of having subs down in the bottom and having a grill of some sort over top, but no assurances yet) Any sound in yours?

ya i do i have a custom box that i made in the back with two eclipse 10" subs a eclipse mono block amp for the subs and a 4 channel for the door speakers whoch are infinty mids and tweeters and right now i have a pionner head unit but just ordered an eclipse dvd navigation headunit which i hope comes soon it sounds really nice i have the subs set about half way and it still shacks the crap
