Unfortunately, there were some Harassing/Discriminatory remarks (appear to be from workers) so we decided to block all comments.
It is now Oct. 2009 and we continue to deal with Noise & Harassment issues. HOA Manager is trying to have Criminal Charges Pressed on one of us. More Legal threats. More Intentional Noise etc..

It is absurd that The AssN. #1 Put this maint. Bldg. there with out disclosure,meeting, votes or any Resident input what so ever. It is further absurd they apparently condone the activities of these morons..what did they hire a bunch of kids..what an immature bunch of buttheads! Personally I would be consulting with an attorney..you have been robbed of Quiet enjoyment of your home to the extent of emotional distress..which could and most likely will compound your medical issues
