Totally with you with being annoyed at shades differing from the website!! Elf seem really bad for this, bought a 'purple' eyeliner from them and it looks brown and a blue one which is a horrible grey colour! So annoying!!!

i bought a primer from rimmle because i was in a rush and had ran out of my usually Benifit and i was not in the tc and it was thick and gloopy horrible basically :l x

Have you thought of melting the lipsticks you got into pots? I heard some people do that and it works a lot better. Making it more like a gloss, you know? :)

great review, i was seriously thinking of buying loads of their lipsticks but then ur review opened my eyes to realise cheap lipstick usually means crap lipstick!

just the thoughts of those lipsticks ha i removed them from my mind a long time ago and refuse to have the feeling back haha :)

@NiamhTbh Their studio lipsticks are a lot better than the 1$ ones, however the colours can be deceptive. There are some gem lipsticks they have, you just need to research on YT first to see the real colours! Also, their lipglosses are a miiillion times better than the lipsticks and are golden as well! Try those out instead ;)

Hi chyaz I'm about to order a few elf things , some face brushes and blushes, well the thing is when did u order it and it was any type of problem about the order I mean it was so much later r something because I have heard that its being like difficult to deliver products shoped online and stuff like that , please if anyone could help me too i would be so thankful, I dont want my order to get lost haha thanksss

Its kinda funny how the primer is 1.5 for you, but in america, its only like a dollar, which is even less for you, since our currency is like half of yours xD

So you could have gotten it for like .5, but yeah :P

the eye primer is good but most of it is stuck at the top of the tube and there is no way to get to it that's the only bad thing

the lipsticks are never the same color in real in life as they are on the web site. it really frustrates me! I don't find that the lipsticks feel plasticy...hmmm. I wonder if it has anything to do with that it might be different manufacturers since its a different country.

I love some of the ELF products!! I`ve tried some lipsticks but still wasn`t pleased with them, though the moisturizing balm is fab! I love the brushes, I have all the entire collection, seriously amazing specially the "C" brush :) ELF is pretty important in my country so I love to buy their products! They get here pretty late, we still don`t have all the mineral and studio products :(

I've tried a lot of elf things and am yet to find anything from the £1.50 range I like! However, I do really like the studio blushes and bronzer and also the powder brush is quite good for buffing. They have a duo fibre brush now too, which I am definitely gonna try!!!

That swatch on the mineral lipstick is shocking, it pisses me off when companies can't have at least semi-accurate colour swatches. I have the mineral lipstick in Natural Nymph (a nice nude) and i actually really like it and have repurchashed, maybe the formulation varies between colours?

One thing I really hate about e.l.f. is that some of their products don't match up to the website.. since I'm very pale, I never really found many issues with the skin products but a lot of the time I read/watch product reviews before purchasing. It can be hit or miss but there are a lot of promising items. They also have GREAT customer service! Try the 1$ SPF lipglosses - those are a lot better than the lipsticks!
