Water in the cups doesn't always mean practice, even though it clearly is in the video- cuz it doesn't make sense to use beer when he doesn't have a loser to drink. You can play beer pong with water in cups and drinks on the side too. It's called water pong- Beer doesn't get dirty and gross, and you don't have to drink after countless people you barely know.
