Mercurio first, that way you can get all of your Beach Business out of the way at once. I'd like to see you talk your way through that if possible, so maybe put some points in Intelligence, Intimidation, or Scholarship.

I think you should go to mecury first, then beach, since he sends you to the beach anyway.

There's quite a few beach quests therefore I guess that will take up the entire set.
