How do you get your single stroke rolls so fast and even? Also, cannot even fathom the independence and interdependence going on here, particularly the left hand and left foot patterns. I need to hit up some Latin music.

Man I love your snare work, how long did it take you to get those fast snare patterns down? Obviuosly practicing rudiments helps yes?

Hey thanks alot. Yeah pretty much rudiments on a pad, sometimes pillows. To be honest I don't know how long it took me. Practicing rudiments definitely helps. The one that I personally found helpful is rllrllrllrllrrlrrlrrlrrl (in triplets) and keep repeating that. not sure if that rudiments got a name or not, I just saw it demonstrated on a Rick Lathem video ages ago. Hope thats helpful.

Yes thats great thanks! That exercise will definately help my left hand to build up. My paradiddles are good at the moment but Im finding my left hand has to drag a bit to get the ll. Ive had a look at all your videos and Im very very impressed, I do hope you make it big someday:)
