Thanks- Chris Kelly from CN was ithe writer, a funny guy. It was a huge project for us at Primal at the time, so everyone gave it their best shot. Later on, when I was working at Turner, I found out where the inspiration came from- a serious lack of parking spaces made for a challenging hunt not too different from the cartoon!
