It is most certainly fake, but very well edited -- I'm impressed.

Giveaways to it being fake: the most noticeable audio part is the "Warm liquid-goo phase" when defrosting the frozen Jack, that quote is from 'Austin Powers'. So far as visual elements are concerned, there are scenes from 'Con Air', 'The Fugitive', and even films that Leo has also appeared in such as 'Catch Me if You Can' and 'Romeo & Juliet'. Plus many more, those were just the ones that stood out for me.
