another trick to use if you cant pinch your contact lens out of your eye is to use your index finger to scoop the contact on your thumb and then take it out. kind of like a broom and a dust pan technique. its easier for me that way. just a little tip to help

@surferdudette19 If you want Lasik be sure that you have an honest doctor with the right documents because most doctors just want your money and will say your eye will be perfect and that everything will be fine. My dad had Lasik and he suffers from dry eyes and his eyes are sensitive to light.

I just got contacts on Friday, and they are awesome. Every time I put them in, it is hard, but it also gets easier every time as well. What I get annoyed by is whenever I have the lens in, and I move my eye around to get out the air bubble, it falls out. Practice makes perfect!

@sweetweni Contact lens removal is very easy when you know how! The trick is to break the suction between the lens and the eye before you start. To do this, touch the lens with a clean finger and slide the lens up, down, left, right a few millimetres. When the lens moves freely on the cornea, slide it way down and pinch it between the thumb and finger. It then comes right out.

This is actually a lot easier than putting it in. Don't worry, EVERYONE struggles their first few times so don't fret.

I think the biggest thing you have to worry about and remember at all times, is to wash your hands before you eff with your eyeballs and your contacts :]

No it can be simple. I got mine yesterday and the doctors said that if they're inside out, they'll shape like a "v" instead of "O" (it looks like an o to me lol). Just remember one trick: when taking them out to put in the case, put them in bottom down so when you take them out the next morning, you just flip them over. Good luck

practice i'm sure you keep blinking when you try to put it in do no blink lol here's what try holdin the contacts near your eyes for a while, get all the blink out, keep you eyes open, place the contacts in your eyes and hold it in for while try ti get at least half of the contacts in your eyes so if you blink it would just place it self in your eyes try it

i think the easiest way to get contacts in and out is this:

putting in-most people blink ALOT when their finger gets close to the iris,so look away,but keep your head still.put the contacts in and wait for 3 secs to blink

taking out-take your index,and press down on the contact(not hard obviously)then slide it over to the side of your eye away from the nose,then gentely grab it..

When I got my lenses fitted, they said to take them out, just move the lense to the bottom of the eye and it'll come out..that never worked for me. I just move it off my pupil and pinch it off. I also use my middle finger to insert the lenses.
