The Hitler parodies come from Constantin Films' 2004 German film, "Der Untergang" ("Downfall"); sadly YouTube's automated copyright cops have shut down these legitimate parodies. Even the movie's director loves them, so hopefully they will be restored at some point.

Don't read anything deep into Hitler--that is just a popular parody theme on YouTube and I mashed it up with the emergent national coordinator situation for a laugh and to take a few friendly jabs at my emergent friends.
