@nick95playa honestly, i wouldn't know, i haven't tried that weight gainer. i haven't really touched anything other than Labrada simply because other company's are not completely honest about what they put on the labels of there products while Labrada on the other hand, whatever is in the product, its on the label. but i have used some really good weight gainers from Labrada Nutrition which perform fantastically.

Great info. Starts to seem like you push the lean body products towards the end but I like the idea. Keep it simple and train hard. I go with
1 Multi vitamin
2 Creatine
3 Whey protien
4 Fish oil
I believe that there are way to many people out there spending a fortune on a bunch of bullshit suppliments that at the end of the day have little to no result. Save the money you are throwing towards nitro and all that other shit and spend it on making more creative, healthy, protien packed meals.
@aznwillrise no sir, hugo (my dad) used to let me work out when i was as young as 10 or 11, and now im in my teens and it definitely did not stunt my growth, the key is to not train to heavy, make sure you do the weight perfect for you, as in the amount of weight that you can go ahead and do 10-15 reps with.
what kind of (recovery) supplement do u recommend hugo cuz i work out and then tend to not work out for a day or two and then when i do work out again i feel like a 60 year old man. and im only 19
@luckylucka77 Depending on what exactly you are trying to accomplish in the gym (gain lean muscle, lose weight, gain weight, etc) I've heard great things from Optimum Nutrition's Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein and BSN's Syntha-6. In addition to a great protein, Creatine will flood your muscles with nutrients essential to muscle recovery/growth. Personally, I use Syntha-6 and Cellmass creatine. Working out 5-6 times a week thanks to that stuff.

Supplements do work as long as you train with them. This guy may not be on roids if he has been lifting for a long time. All roids do for you is give you the results you want alot faster and with hard work as well. So if this guy really has been working out for 19 years like one of the posts says on here by his "son" then yes he could roid free.

I just finished my 2nd volume phase from Rivera's Lean Gainer 8 week plan off Draper's site, except I cut the Volume phase down to 3 weeks & starting the MASS phase I am at least 15% stronger in every exercise I did for Chest & Back than I was when I ended the last cycle.
I knew what I was doing, I had been lifting and training for 7 years but I hadnt stepped into the same realm as these guys before and I am impressed.
3 months with this stuff....I can imagine what just 1 year will do =)

ive got a question... ive been on superpump 250 preworkout for the past year on and off. I am taking a good deal of resting time between each jug. Like i will use a jug for 5 weeks and rest for 5 weeks. its been about a few months since ive had my last preworkout supplement cycle, and I am beginning to see smaller gains from superpump. Would changing to something like white flood or no explode this time help me get better effects , because maybe my body is getting used to superpump.>>???

he needs to learn how to read cue cards more seamlessly. he is right about everything he has said so far. i dont really care if hes plugging a certain brand (he's probably on the board of it too) if its a good brand. he needs to add that Vit C is more easily absorbed through taking real vit E with it, not the vit e dl -tocoph. form of it (synthetic). he has a focus on powdered stuff when actually juicing raw stuff like broc, caulif., kale, things like this can add far more nutrition to a diet.
