@DonValdez1 Disagree completely. I do not run rockford fosgate, nor do I rep them. But they do make quality stuff. Amps do rated power under the specifications of which they place on their website. On the other half of your comment...sound quality is based on the enclosure that the subs are in. 10% equipment, 90% install. I do not know the dimensions, tuning, or anything about his enclosure other than its ported so I don't know if it is quality or not.

Unless I have a double post on this video somewhere that I can not see, I never said anything about enclousures, I did question the logic behind pushing W7's with a RF amp which confuses me how 1 1 channel amp can push 2 W7 subs at any decent listening output

I have 1 12W7 pushed by the JL I forget 1000watt 2ch (Bridged) and it is still underpowered sound/output wise

@DonValdez1 Correct, the amp has 1 channel which means all of its power is being directed into 1 channel. If it were a 2 channel amp, half the rms power would go through one and the other half of rms value goes into 2nd channel. There is no limit to how many sub woofers you can wire to 1 channel. You can wire 100 subs to a mono-block amplifier. Just like you did with your amplifier, you took 1 channel and connected it to the other channel thus combining the power into 1 channel.

I forget the name, but some company claims to make 2000watt 12's called d/x/z cons. yea whatever they hit hard as fuck cause they're 2000watts, but the feel and sound is total fucking garbage...

i hope the reason why they sound like that is because you installed the subs, wiring, amp etc yourself you seem to have a lot of delay between the signal reaching both subs make sure all the cables internal in the sub box are equal to aviod any lag from the signal shame really, very good subwoofers

nice setup what it will need is 2 jl 1000/1 amps with a mechman 400amp alt. or a secondary this will help with voltage drops. and like noted i can tell from the angle its causing the illusion of linear phasing. I have had the same thing happen while filming. keep up the good work. also Might look into Orion HCCA series Subs I HAVE TRIED TO BLOW THEM. I pushed 2000 rms to a Orion HCCA 10.2 and not even distorted so if your really into competition check into it. no more replacing cones for 500

This usually happens when dynamic weight differences impend the excursion rate "velocity". When you push 2 practically identical machines to their physical limitations imbalances will become apparent .

@mattman20132 They don't "get" out of phase, you have to wire them that way by accident. In this case I don't think they are though. The camera just makes them look that way. Both woofers need to be wired to move in the same direction at the same time to be "In-phase", otherwise they can cancel each other out.
