I think psykovsky rather sucked compared to the other acts last Saturday. Maybe it was due to the sounds system, which just wasn't all that crisp... not to mention the lack of deep -pants blowing- basses...

yeah... they should've put it in the other direction. standing 20m from the speakers made all the high tones bounce back from the wall behind you.. standing closer and you had only bass. Anyhow... I danced for 9 hours straight ... so I suppose it wasn't all that bad haha

I'm not a big fan of what i hear in darkpsy, but this track is without a doubt a psychedelic anthem.

This subgenre definitly has a huge potential and this track is for me the one that exploit it the best, followed by "Indigo Child" and "Compos Mentis".

all those tracks you mention involve Psykovsky in the production. Psykovsky, Osom, Zolod, Kindzadza, Derango are all very deep and psychedelic producers.

@IsaoTanaka - Psykovsky is in my opinion way ahead of the pack. Moving boundaries and expanding the 'dark' subgenre into new areas. One can't name it simply "dark" I think. It's one of those rare, even special, cases, where unbridled talent comes floating above.. very nice - go see him play at ozora .. you can catch a glimpse of that other "special" case of dark talent : Xenomorph ;))))

@piggybags Im from Chile and when Psykovsky came here i was involvd in the event and was like the only one who speaked english fluently so i became like the translator heheh... and i remember that when i told him, hey great dark psy man... he told me: I dont know why people call it dark, for me it has nothing to do with something dark or fear or terror, i prefer to call it "Inteligent music" he told me.... and thats more accurate, spiritual, inteligent extremely psychedelic music.
