I think it was he killed them for them to be in the Killer7. They died to now be in his crazy mind.

Still some questions 'r open. What happened with their bodies after they were killed. And how did he transfer their mind into his to make him usable for him? I dunno...

Well, the irony is that Mask died naked, exposed and unable to fight back. Now as a part of the Killer 7, he wears a mask and is the strongest of the Killer 7. Hoped it up a bit.
