Great compilation, you pointed out lots of things I missed, but...What about the underground prison part? That part where you pass a random cell and a creepy voice says something (sounded cultish) seriously stopped me dead in my tracks. I stopped playing SH2 for like a year after that before I finally beat it. Scariest. Part. Ever.

its only diff cause it has special features and a bit of better graphics also it has more weapons and locations and riddles and it also has a mode in which you can play as maria i forgot what the mode was called tho...so yes its diff. but not in the storyline of any way

Well, but since she is innocent Silent Hill is a normal town to her with normal people all over the place. It is only different looking for James, Angela and Eddie, and even there is one different version of the town for each of them.

@PrincessHeart193 To answer your question, Laura does not see the town of Silent Hill the way that James, Eddie, Maria and Angela see it. While everything may look hellish and disturbing to them, Laura views Silent Hill as a normal town which is why she remains unharmed throughout the game. It is unknown why Laura was drawn to Silent Hill in the first place, it does have something to do with when she used to visit Mary a lot while she was sick in the hospital before James murdered her.
