I think part of the problem people have with attracting money & love into their lives is because we were told over the years that we have too many expectations. But anyway, I never really fully understood what "meditating" actually IS. I'm not trying to talk semantics,

but at times silence to me is very loud. The idea of focusing on quiet is my chore, however the quiet moments are sporadic and enjoyable for me as well. Quite odd actually. Hmm, never thought about this before.

So......... i guess when it comes down to it, I would have to focus more on my direction as day to day, my focus is reacting from daily experiences.

@onedwr I think meditation is exactly that - the ability to consider, to reflect - to plan- as wine buffs may be guilty of turning wine at times into a over complex science sometimes meditators may turn meditation into something larger than life- meditation- the ability to stop and think- to consider a thought as it is in its simple pure present form u select the thought - and then consider it- with kindness, open minded i think you wourself would be great at meditating & of course eating pizza

Attracting the wonder-ful in life depends of the base in oneself. That seems an easy saying but it points the whole issue. You are right to bring into peoples awareness that they have to recognize for themself that they are wonderful and worthful. Very spiritual! What we send up we get back, most of the time! We have to have self worth and the guidance from above.What we ask for sometimes we do not receive, and that is the way its suppose to be, we may want what we really should'nt have. The universe's way of telling us basically .. Nope! That is very true, Our minds can give us whatever we desire. If your going to ask for a great relationship you better know what one is. You must ask for the understanding and forgiveness of the person you want to attract and on the other hand you must be will to offer the same to the partner you wish for. We must remember who ever we find will not be perfect and that we are not perfect ourselves. I am 100% sure we do get what our heart desires so the key is to be realistic in what your asking...
