  • LOL, You're my boy blue!!!!!

  • Here trumpets...and castanets and carillon in "For a Few Dollars More".

  • This, in my eyes, was the true dawn of Westerns. No John Wayne. No Shane. No Lone Ranger.

Just Clint Eastwood. This film (A Fistful of Dollars) is what launched a landmark trilogy (the Dollars Trilogy) and changed the way Westerns were made. No more of that friendly, outspoken type of main character. Clint Eastwood was the first actor to truly break the mold of that old-fashioned style of portraying a Western Hero and introduced a more beliveable performance.

This was the first TRUE Western.

  • L'inquadratura sui piedi è qualcosa di straordinariamente bello.

  • EPIC MOVIE EPIC MUSIC THIS IS HISTORY OF FILM

  • I love the look on Esteban's face. The way his mouth curls back and forth and his eyes waver. He knows that death is coming.

  • There are no words to describe that soundtrack

  • Bravo!

  • for a few of dollars!! ;-)

  • Boots/Botas by "Sanchez", the best in the world.

  • Volonte stole the show in this film I reckon

  • nah not really, atleast not the way Eli Wallach (or what his name is) stole the show in "the good the bad the ugly" :)

  • Those spanish actors were awsome. Names, plaeas?

  • to rimpula: they are italian, Ramon Rojo= Gian Maria Volontè, Benito Rojo=Antonio Prieto, Esteban Rojo=Sieghardt Rupp(Austria), Paco=Mario Brega

  • Gian Maria 1933- 1994.

  • they are not spanish, they are italian, Ramon Rojo= Gian Maria Volontè, Benito Rojo=Antonio Prieto, Esteban Rojo=Sieghardt Rupp(Austria), Paco=Mario Brega

  • Très théatral, comme j'aime !!!

  • Storm..and trampet! Great momemt and opening

    of spagetti westerns' history..

    Regend..

  • Is this Italian DVD or the English version?

  • i am selling the original vinyl, from 70s, italian record

  • Gian Maria Volonte is #1 and the sexiest actor...love him.

  • he's so underrated. i know eastwood is great, but volonte is equally captivating.

  • ***** = AWESOME

  • Were the "spagetti Westerns" filmed in Spain (even though they were produced in Italy)?

  • In Spain was cheaper than Italy..

  • Italian wester are COOL

    FORZA ITALIA:D

  • MARS VOLTA!

  • Gian maria volonte a great actor. I like this movie and when Gian maria volonte laughing.

  • You're right. Gian Maria Volontè really was a great actor.

  • I agree. He was perfect for the bad guy roles.

  • "spaghetti western" is the accepted terminology for this genre of "western" movie, ie. a violent but clever story about the american west made by sergio leone (an italian), shot in spain/usa using a cast of international character actors.Gianmaria, Clint,Eli,van Cleef et al are all worth their weight in GOLD!

THE SUM IS GREATER THAN THE PARTS

  • what is spaghetti western sounds like a put down to the country and the film producer...just call it italian western....give me a brake

  • i agree with you 100% my friend. I think this is the way for americans to let their frustration get out. coz their westerns sucks like shit.

  • you got that right,gringo.

  • gianmaria volonte,he was the heart of spaguetti western,he did the indio, and the rojo leader, the cast direstor was the best ever

  • iste dunyanin gelmis gecmis en iyi sahnesi ,

    thnx for sharng it ;)

  • Dragon Ball Z copies Leone style in certain instances.

  • attori e musicisti italiani sono i migliori

  • clint eastwood is the best western actor ever.

W. L'Indio.

  • adiuuuuuuuuuuus

    amigo

  • Hokuto no Ken / Fist of the North star, copies Leone unique style, like almost all japans modern cartoons!

    Eastwwod at his best.

  • indio the bandit.[gian maria volonte]died in 1994 of heart attack...he was a great talent?

  • kurosawa docet!

  • fuck you sunslap

  • senza parole

  • Beautiful. Even the end is class as the shotgun is cocked at the end of the theme.

  • volonte forse uno dei piu grandi del cinema italiano snobbato dai media in Italia chissa perche

  • hai assolutamente ragione.

  • ..mah forse perchè troppo a sinistra?

  • The music is so perfect for each scene, the man can direct his ass off..

  • To me nothing will top The GBU.

  • winchester fits Gian Maria Volonte rather

than colt! What a camera work and music..

    trampet..GREAT

  • a single phrase which was said by the boy who wnated his mother or rather to see his mother. " I want to see my mother am I asking too much ? "

  • When Eastwood appears out of the smoke - classic!

  • art !

  • mi vengono i brividi cazzzooo

  • The epitome of style. I love how Clint was given the dynamite...and he just uses it for an entrance, LOL. Blows up some random building just to make smoke to walk through....all about style!

  • What a Music, what a style...The original Italian western.

  • Basically, Eastwood enters and leaves the town the same way; first with a mass killing of the Baxters, then the same for the Rojos.

  • the actor gian maria volonte is one of the best western actors in the world! my father just looks like him! hehehe !Italia!

  • gianmaria volontè one of the best actors in the story, and a very good person too.

    REST IN PEACE

  • i luv the end of the movie

  • also gian maria volontè is great!

  • watch the full fill on my channel

  • The Clint man. Never forgot the Clint. If that character was for real nobody would mess with him. Outgun and outtalk all of you GANGSTAAZZZZZZZ out there;)

  • ....make me 3 coffins

  • Last tuesday i went to see the mars volat play in los angeles and they used this song as there intro music i knew i heard it before somewhere when i was a kid

  • classic

  • the very best soundtrack. Great Ennio Morricone and magic trumpet by Michele Lacerenza

  • best music in the world...

    Trumpet by Michele Lacerenza

  • thanks for that info.

  • One of the best scene in the history of movie. Marvellous harmony of music and scenery.

  • Clint is the man

  • great music,

    with admiration !

  • and authority!

  • Nothing less than brilliant

  • I have to agree with the previous two posters, this bit is fantastic.

  • I agree with waloa ! Im also love to watch this scene ...its one of best piece of movie i ever sow... each time its amazing..

  • I consider this scene to be better than the triple stand in "the good, the bad, and the ugly"

The way all the brothers look into each other (especially Esteban looking at his elder), and the entrance and approach of "Joe"(with the redemption-style music of Morricone) just give me the chills, even after seeing it a thousand times

  • i cant agree with you,i get chills when i see The Trio and not in this, sorry :)

  • They are all great, but for me this clip would come top, with the Col.Mortimer/Indio duel at the end of 'Few Dollars More' next and then the Trio

  • superb movie

  • Wonderful movie music, wonderful sound and wonderful movie..thank you ennio morricone !!

  • I love the boots-closeups. Forget all about the money, the Baxters, the double-crossing, etc. It's just about two men, one got brown boots, the other one black boots. That's all that matters. :)

  • Nowadays this is how these dumb directos make movies: Out of nowhere bulimic angelina jolie jumps out in tight leather pants and kills everybody by throwing ninja stars.

  • Ah, the three greats, Morricone, Leone and Eastwood....can't get any better than that.

  • ..and Gian Maria Volontè :-)

  • I'm not forgetting Lee Van Cleef. John Ford is Irish, right? so wouldn't those western films be called Potato westerns?

  • chancer

  • You cut out the part where he says "Aim for the heart"...if you included that it would be so much better.

  • Great!!!

  • BOH PER ME MEGLIO GLI ALTRI

  • BOH PER ME MEGLIO GLI ALTRI.

  • Directors take note, this is how to make a movie. Sigh, the good old days. Even though I wasn't alive when this movie was made haha it is better than the crap out these days.

  • Without a doubt, the absolute epitome in coolness! History in the making! Often imitated, but never (successfully) duplicated! Sergio, Ennio & Clint are an immotal trio whose work will live on to inspire others forever!

  • Dont forget Lee Van Cleef as well! :)

  • great movies they made man

  • I loved it! leone - morricone! respect =)

  • Isn't that the way everyone wants to stroll into town...

  • Ennio, at his best....

  • a billion and one stars for this clip!

  • awesome movie

  • is there anything cooler than clint eastwood standing there with his poncho blowing in the wind??? GREAT f*cking movie, GREAT f*cking music, LEGENDARY! sergio leone and ennio morricone were a godly combo. a shame they didn't make even more films than they did.

  • "is there anything cooler than clint eastwood standing there with his poncho blowing in the wind?"

Yea, I googled that and apparently no, there isn't.

  • great movie and music!
