hi inshape4u, i am turning 16 in 4 months and is taking weights next year in my high school for my junior year, since i am not strong i would like to prepare myself and add some muscles to my body and get into shape so i can be ready to do weights. What would you recommand me to do? i am currently 5'8 and 172 pounds (mostly fat). Anything would be appreciated =)
@dfkmode did your thighs slim down at all after doing this for like 2 - 3 weeks ? because im going back to school in 16 days and i want to slim down some .....

@katherine3291992 it only tones your muscles it doesnt take away the fat, for that you need cardio

If you do it fast you will build more muscle tone. If you do it slowly it will give you thin thighs if you loose weight aswell
