  • I thought it was impossible to do spot reduction? I read it from all the websites that stated a good cardio and a healthy diet can achieve the legs you want. Ah, so confused.

  • @katherine3291992 it only tones your muscles it doesnt take away the fat, for that you need cardio

  • woah.....what happened? I have been doing this for almost a month daily....and nothing happens

  • If you do it fast you will build more muscle tone. If you do it slowly it will give you thin thighs if you loose weight aswell

  • hi inshape4u, i am turning 16 in 4 months and is taking weights next year in my high school for my junior year, since i am not strong i would like to prepare myself and add some muscles to my body and get into shape so i can be ready to do weights. What would you recommand me to do? i am currently 5'8 and 172 pounds (mostly fat). Anything would be appreciated =)
