Yes, it is for the PC. If you get it make sure you get the "Stunts & Effects" expansion pack and then search the net for forums where you can learn how to modify the game and add your own sets, characters, costumes and scenes.

Is a game and I made it. Is like the SIMS, you own a movie studio and as you progress in the game you get more actors, sets and props and them you can actually make a film as long or short as you want. You can even lip-sync a person's voice to the character.

Thanks! I did cheat a little. When I render the video on the game it will not sinc the talking intro with the lips of the character. So I render all the scenes in the game but then took them to my Sony Vegas Movie studio and put it together there.
