@rolandsc Might have to get out the lightweight ankle & hand weights I had previously used for rebounding & use for stretches instead. Thanks for suggestion Roland!
Plyometric hops are strengthening & fun to experience even if airborne for only micro-second! Beats wall climbing for efficiency too! Feels amazingly free in air! Your conditioning should improve rapidly with this one.
