  • Criss Angel : Mindfreak is best , Tinť ťong Cyril is S.H.I.T

  • Use tooth pick to make a hole on ketchup, blow some air to the hole using your mouth. Then squeeze the bottle and release.

  • Criss is a fake stupid mofo, it's a magician that doesn't do magic, and doesn't even believe in it.

  • PHYSICS.. NOT MAGIC

  • just squeeze the bottle

  • preassure = weight

  • This guy is really cool, however this particular trick is fairly simple, though a bit unintuitive for those who don't know much physics. What he does is squeeze the bottle. That decreases the gas pocket in the catchup bag reducing its volume which makes it displace less water and sink according to Archimede's law. To make it go up he simply reduces the pressure, the gas bubble expands and up it goes. The bottle must be completely full in order not to change its shape when squeezed. Cool, huh?

  • @Happyascanbe1 how do you explain when the audience does the trick and they (NOT cyril) are touching/squeezing the bottle???? connivance?????? thx

  • @badetclouds007

Quite simple. He has revealed to the audience how the trick was done and they are then trying it for themselves. :-)

The idea that squeezing the bottle is going to make the bag sink is pretty counterintuitive, so this is one of those rare tricks that remains cool even after revealed. Cheers.

  • Are you all baka? He "teaches" magic!!!

  • chinese people looks stupid !!

  • @raymondx2005 these people aren't even Chinese.

  • @raymondx2005 don't make yourself a fool to the world just like alexander wallace. Be careful what you say on the internet. It can cost you your future. Besides, your comment is stupid. get the hell out. You can't even tell that these people are Japanese. Take your racist remarks with you and go away.

  • it is a simple physics. He squeezes the bottle with full of water, then the pressure inside the bottle changes. So it presses the ketup down. Then he releases the bottle, then ketup going back to top. If you look carefully, you can see he is squeezing the bottle.

  • I think it aint ketchup it must be something that gets heavy by time when its under water or something even if its SEALED !

  • hey doesn't this have something to do with squeezing the bottle?

  • its science. i dont know if this is true:

1.bottle with full of water. (100% water)

2.remove cap, put the catsup inside. (as u can see when he pushes the catsup inside, the water inside spills and lessen the amout of water in it. when it does, H20 takes place.)

    3.close cap. (99% water and 1% H20 or oxygen)

4.rotate the bottle upside down. and turn the same way after.

5.pressure the bottle (push your thumb squeezing the bottle, as it squeeze the oxygen pressures the catsup going down.)

    cool?

  • @carlbarino H2O is water you moron. The "O" in H2O stands for Oxygen. The "H" is hydrogen. The "2" represents the two hydrogen molecules in the compound. Two hydrogen molecules + one oxygen = water. You explained it wrong. The way it works is when you squeeze the bottle, the pressure forces the ketchup down to the bottom of the bottle. We would think that you would know know that, but then again, you didn't know what H2O was.

  • @M1st3rForg3tful but then, how does the other people do it? cyril let them try and they did it without cyril touching it.

  • @carlbarino absolutely true!

  • @carlbarino LMFAO!!! What an idiot...

  • Does anybody know what that Card trick he did is called?

  • So they don't teach physics in Japanese schools?

  • @mwchinbach I dont know what the hell is going on, please tell me.

  • @mwchinbach roflmao i was thinking the exact same thing

  • Its very easy He just press it

  • looooooooooooooooooooooool pieca cake

  • SCIENCE!!!!!! >:D + plus some magic

  • dude he's just reversing the pressure in the bottle

  • wkakakakaadasdaeradfasfasdasdeasdaeasda pag xure anak

  • my physic's teacher had the exact same thing =)

  • It's called "The Achemedes Principle", lol

  • I never understood japanese's reactions... "Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh???!!!" xD

  • @blasalvice

Thats how they react.. Almost to everything thats amazing thats the only word you can every hear from them...eeeeeeyeeeehhhhhh???? hahaha

  • That trick is so easy all you do is squeeze the bottle

  • Cyril sometimes just performs so childish and simple tricks...

I saw this being taught by a 9year old kid in a kids show!

  • siga th malakia re pousth mou

  • its easy.. a piece of cake

  • same actors always?!! :/

  • ketchup-ketchup :)

  • He looks mega gay in this video.

  • hes sqeezing the bottle and wen he wants it to go up he releases his hand from sqqezing the bottle

  • It's easy........

  • telekinesis!!

  • I know this trick when I was 8 ... It's simple and a great trick ... but i'm not going to reveal it kkkkk

  • what is shejumeh?? that's what he says LOL how to do? don noe japanese!!

  • I know this trick. Physics.

  • isn't it just squeezing the bottle? I'm pretty sure it works if you squeeze the bottle lightly it'll sink, and when you release it goes up..but that's just a theory.

  • very good

  • how its done i cant understand japaness

  • Its called "Telepathy" Its an actual ability folks

  • @Munit12

Telepathy is the ability to send thoughts to another person without talking ... this is telekinesis

  • this is a trick that can babies do

  • o this trick....i knew this a long time ago :O cyrils still the best tho 4ever! <3

  • o man i dont understand japenese can someone explain :O

  • look up what a Cartesian Diver is

  • OMG your only 14 and YOU figured this out all by yourself?! fucking incredicble dude....

  • @zimcode3 lol? I'm just merely stating that it's not that hard for people to figure it out... chill with the sarcasm :)

  • oh u dont speak japanese?? he was explaying everything.

  • @icewr hehe funny thing... ketchup is nothing special... just try what you said with a normal packet...

  • yeah.. nothing special

u can try it at home if u dont believe

  • to be specific, water density depends on the temperature. and with water density being 1, that 5C of the temperature of water.

  • Comment removed

  • I know how he did that trick!!! (without looking at the comment below) My science club moderator taught us that and we even made it ourselves!!!!

  • Yes, science is the answer. The density of the packet of kitchuo is less than 1 (water density is 1) thus float. By squeezing the water filled, air tight plastic container, the air in the packet is being compressed to smaller volume thus the density of the packet is increased to more than 1 thus it sinks. You cannot do this trick if bottle has too much air and not cap tight, or if the bottle is made of glass,or if the packet density is more than 1 at the start (no air in the packet).

  • it's not the trick itself which is cool, no matter how basic it is, i think it's the way you sugar coat it and cyril is amazing at making things look cool and awesome!

  • Exactly tgis is what i tell others... He's just BEST at doing it .... that's y i think that HE ROCKS!! ;D

  • @alex3669 lol its even explained in the video :D

  • thax

  • best my ass Cyril beats Criss

    Criss = bullshit

  • even small tricks amaze us when Cyril does em!!

  • right on. so you guys are saying the other dude who did it was in on it too? didnt look like he was pressing on the bottle too much to me...

  • yeah

he press just the bottle simple science even i know the secret from a long time

  • i know how to do this trick just squish the bottle and it goes down

  • its water you idiot... water circulates so the ketchup goes to the flow...matter of science

  • Did alot of these tricks cus a drummer dude came to our school and taught us how to drum very very kewl cus we had tons of spare time to do MAGIC

  • this is just science!

  • this trick is easy!!xD

  • we did this in science.......................

  • just press the bottle...

    basic science

  • i already knew this...

  • refer on Lu Chen 刘谦, he revealed this magic in his show

  • honestly, 刘谦 might not be as half good

  • Water and Air pressure lo = = the pack of thing is done a small hole, put in water, use thumb press the bottle, pack of the thing sure go down

  • yes, but how does it come back UP?

  • all he does is sqeeze the bottle!!!!!

  • cool...

  • i watched the complete part of this video,

how did he do that , is he just laid it on the light ray and that's what happened :)

    ( i think , im wrong with the word " laid " :) )

  • the video showed u how he did it....look at his thumb applying pressure(ketchup goes down dududududduhh) release pressure(ketchup goes up dudduuududuhhh) ;p

  • does it gotta be ketchup bags ?

  • cyril is not wearing 2000 rings and chains like criss angel and still is better than him.

  • does it matter what kind of size of water bottle u use?

  • hahahaha of course not! :~ its about the pressure not the volume! :P

  • ty ^^

  • did cyril teach these guys this trick? if yes, then it's science. if no, then how do these guys know how to control the ketchup?

  • Important. Note there is no air in the bottle.

  • lol pretty simple magic trick to do, and seriously guys, stop explainin how to do it, ur gonna end his career

  • man ure out 2 lunch, hes explainin a magic trick 2 the audience. dudes career isnt gonna end bcuz every1 knows his magic tricks.

  • Hes not even explaining anything >_>

  • Well.... listen carefully, he did. You control the ketchup's position by the density of water. Pure science.

  • Its physics guys, When he sqeezes the bottle the katchup goes down because the water pressure pushes up, forcing the katchup to go down... when he stops sqeezing water pressure lowers and it rises back up not a trick.

  • all he did was just squeezing the bottle lol i know this trick

  • if he had only pour the ketchup into the bottle and make them float i'd be amazed lol. or like make oil float ontop of water lolx hahaha..

  • :o guy in blue suit "oh snap squeeze bottle ketchup go down YIpee! me know magic!" lol jp not to be a hater Cyril is the shit with magic =]

  • u guys are dip shits complaining its science. all magic is science wnkers

  • Cant believe those guys never learn science

  • It's Science... not Magic,so those who are shock about it... better flip your science textbook.

  • this is what happens when you dont listen to the teacher

  • Trick explained: Basically the whole trick is a simple science experiment. The theory behind this one is Buoyancy. When he increases the pressure of the water by squeezing the bottle, the ketchup becomes less buoyant and sinks to the bottom. When he releases pressure, buoyancy returns to the ketchup. Simple as your mom.

  • he is just simply pushing /squeezing teh bottle... this isnt magic. its bullshit

  • magic is bullshit that makes people feel stupid lolllolol

  • cyril looks bad with short hair

  • i thought Japanese people were the smartest kinds on earth..... by looking at this video i concluded that they can't figure out the simplest things in life and that they are amazed at non-amazing stuff for no reason......no offense...i m Asian....

  • my ketchup doesn't floats :(

  • no ones squeezing

  • the bottle is too hard for squize can someone explain me?

  • cyril takayama ur my numberone idol in the hole world

  • it's easy u just need to hold on to the bottle .. like press it to make it go down, my science teacher taught me it last year it was easy and cool xD

  • are you kidding? all you have to do is squeeze the bottle try it yourself put sumthing that normally floats in a bottle of water and no matter what it is if you squeeze hard enough it will sink.

  • Get a life emforty2.

  • They aren't Chinese, they're Japanese.

  • dirty knees, look at these.

  • i bet you'd look like a fucking retard when you don't understand something

  • Not Worser Than You Thats 4 Sure !

    AHahhahAhahA

  • They aren't Chinese, they're Japanese

  • can anybody explain this to me !!!i dont understand

  • basic physics

when he presses the bottle, the air in the ketchup compresses, so its density increases, therefore, making it sink

when you stop pressing the bottle, it decompresses, therefor, rising

  • this is elementary, now show us how to make girl's underwear disappear!

  • dunno how it's called, i think "little devil" its the name of this

  • Duh! Its science i tried it before =.=

  • its a simple trick but it all relies on how well you could fool the person into thinking that its magic.

  • HE's reli great..

  • Oh My God!!!! It's very easy! Becouse He used (( Science ))!! and... .

Every bady can do it! and I well make a video!

    soon:)

  • i dont think ketchup works. guys, ketchup shape is flexible and if you put a pressure on the bottle and the water in the bottle will put a pressure on the ketchup, hence nothing will happen. Know?

  • Yes! But in my school my teacher said and he showed to me! but you have to pressed more and have to come down.!

  • Yes! But in my school my teacher said and he showed to me! but you have to pressed more and have to come down.!

  • rofl.. you squeeze the bottle to make it go down..

  • how do u do it

  • Most of this guys tricks are really cool, but come on, who doesn't know this one? It's like calling it a magic trick to fill a balloon with helium and make it levitate.

  • lol .. i actually learnt this from my year7 physics class ...

  • what did you waited for? No one mage will show his real good tricks

  • Pedejo

  • They taught you magic in kinder! Awesome! We just had a sand pit and monkey bars....

  • he press the bottle

  • what about the guests, eh?

  • hehe i can tell why it happens it's as easy as say haha

  • this is what happens when you dont kisten to the teacher

  • i knew that from science

  • those spectators failed school

  • lol Xd why you say so cuz they don't know physique?

  • agreed

  • the trick is simple. The package contains ketchup and air. The average density of the package is lower than the density of water, making it floats (called archimedes principal). As you squeeze the bottle, the density of liquid (both water and ketchup) is almost unchanged, but the density of the air is increased very significantly by the higher pressure (just look up the gas law). So the average density of the package is increased to be higher than the density of water, as it sinks.

  • u no ur things well huh :]

  • that isn't a real trick, nearly everyone knows how to do that

  • Cyril actually can speak english and japanese, unfortunatly he gets most of his t.v. specials in japan, so most of these videos on youtube are in japanese.

  • he's fluent in english...

  • ...and even though it says all that, my ketchup seems to like sinking better XD

Do please(pretty please?) don't flame me for my previous comment, I'm not a science girl. I'm just translating what I hear.

  • God people, stop the flame war. Here's the translation: "After the ketchup is in, push the bottle with your thumb, the pressure in the ketchup is lightened, so without the floating power it starts to sink. Meanwhile, u make the viewer distracted by moving ur index finger and pretending u're using ur command power to make it move" So by doing that or slightly removing that pressure from the bottle, you can make the viewers believe not only you can move it freely, but you can also to make it stop.

  • HE wll not teach any magic like the ring trirck

  • shizameh

  • yup, u are right, its a science thg

  • if ur so smart why ant you a great magician junior

  • no! you can't do that squeezing the bottle! i study science... it's all about density... bt you can't change waer density squeezing the bottle. i thing he changes the density of the thing he introduces in the bottle somehow... i don't how... maybe chemistry reaction inside. magic is all logic, maths and science... but they do it so well we can't discover how it's done.

  • OMG And u say u study science and that it isnt the bottle squeeze....havent u ever heard of the "submarine": bottle, water, plasticine and a open pen cap?? its the bottle squeeze...i guarentee u...i dont know the proper english terms for it, but its all pressure and buoyancy(i googled it for proper terms).

fluid physics explain this, and he just squeezes the bottle.

  • actually it is squeezing the bottle. You're right that water density can't change, but this isn't about water density. it's about pressure. There are some things that float or sink at certain pressure levels. You can thnk of it this way (keyword: THINK OF IT THIS WAY): squeezing the bottle near the bottom increases pressure towards the top. since the cover is closed, the pressure has no where to go so it comes back down, which pushes the ketchup pack down.
