before you say its bad think about it the bottom has a sticker it says not to hold it there while using the phone plus theres a new update phone i think because mine doesnt have the blue square on the front and mie woks great!!

i had this phone about 3 months ago and my dad bought it for me USED. that could be the reason why it was so crappy BUT, i doubt it. the keyboard is awesome. the keys are well spaced and i loved the keyboard.

the touch screen is the problem. it turned off whenever it wanted and it froze EASILY. if you want to text on the touch, it freezes alot.

please do yourself a favor and dont get this!

i have this and i hate it!! it makes so many mistakes!! when you text the screen does something and the letters dont pop up and it goes up and you end up texting it to 5 people!! do not buy it!

This phone is so bad that i cant even use it the only thing i can do is answer calls by sliding the keyboard out which automatically picks up the call. If I try to press the answer it presses ignore. I can't wait till Christmas because then I am getting the Droid and then I am braking that piece of shit

Yep, that pretty much what happened to me.......for the last month of me owning the phone all I could do was dial and receive calls I could barely send txts w/o struggling with the menus, whoever designed that phone should be fired and publicly hanged.....lol

my friend has this phone. the touch screen sucks because you have to pound it, and the screen is small. the keyboard is also reallys mall and its annoying to text with. since its so small, its hard to txt with.

it is not responsive because it picks up the electricity in your finger instead of preasure so it sucks if you have big fingers!

Do not get this phone. it is terrible. i have it. half the time i cant even use it cuz it always highlights the bar at the bottom. and for strange reasons i had it locked and put away and it stilled called like 3 ppl. idk how.. i dont reccomend it.

I know I had the same problem , luckily if you tale it in to Verizon and have it updated itll fix all thos problems , it worked for me !I have no problems out of it anymore!

I would be careful with these I have one and the touch screen messes up a lot! I have had to replace mine several times cause the touch will just stop working!

this video was filmed when I had the older software on the Samsung Glyde, If you have the new while interface you have the phone with the updated software, you can't do anything to get the blue boxes, it was old software.

yea, but with the internal memory only about 4 songs, if you buy a memory card you will be able to put way more on songs on the phone.

That is up to you, if you have a large music collection and use your touch with apps from the app store and also use the internet on the touch then I would stick with the touch as its WI-Fi is free provided you have service and it has amazing apps. The Glyde is good, but remember that it is only a phone, and not a replacement for an mp3/internet browser.
