  • Quesiton regarding the infinite mode: I heard that if you hold down "Infinite" that if you play anything over it, you'll only get dry signal. What if I used an onboard delay/reverb on my marshall MG series amp...will it still be dry? or will my onboard FX still cut through? I know it's probably a dumb question, but I'd really like to know before I buy. (plus I'm new at pedals lol.)

  • is someone offscreen playing while someone is adjusting? are you looping?

    sure would like to know.

  • Digital isn't a bad word, but too many companies do it lazily. Electro Harmonix is an exception.

  • Hello, in a stereo pedal like this, i can plug 2 guitar at the A B intput and exit to 2 Amp with out A and B ?

    Thanks

  • very cool

  • What kind of reverb is this? Is it plate, hall, room, or something else?

  • HOW DO I USE THIS PEDAL IF I LIVE IN AUSTRALIA????????????? WHAT ADAPTER TO USE????

  • @Lachy101 Here in the states I think we have 120 volts, but don't quote me on that.

  • @Lachy101 if you purchase it locally the power adaptor should be rated as compatible for 240V 50hz. If you purchase it from america you will most likely need to buy another adaptor locally as the US current is 110V 60hz.

You an get 110-240V adaptors but you should take into account that using such adaptors may not be recommended for audio applications as it may induce noise and hum(not sure about "noise" actually).

  • This has 8 presets to save to yeh? The big question for me is can you swap between those presets with your feet or at least swap between 2 (as i can see there is 2 actual buttons) thanks, Jake

  • 3 arms?

  • I think you need more graphic fuzzes, yus!

  • The EHX Freeze works better for inifinite sustain I assume?

  • what's the deal with all those Graphic Fuzzes lying there?? can you give me one? :D

  • @angusyoung98 If he's having one, I want one too!

  • this would be awesome for composing ethereal film scores with just a guitar

  • This guy has the coolest job. EVER

  • @buzzsaw1003 THIS

  • @buzzsaw1003

    this one. offers you more.

    sounds more organic.

  • @KutaniCrane organiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiic

  • ehx amps?! COOOOL

  • Man, I love the bit at :17 -- the ability to sustain an input signal while while playing over the top like that. Always wished I could control my old delay pedals that way, letting the repeats decay naturally after turning the pedal back off. This pedal sounds great, and would inspire some cool ideas. Think I need to snag this...

  • oh man i thought the graphic fuzzes were connected to the cath verb. no such luck. nice demo though. still, all those fuzzes and you didnt use 'em???

  • Sounds nice. Id love to get this. Dont listen to the bashers. Exactly what you want to hear when listening to some reverb demo.

  • This is beautiful.

  • great pedal. worst demo I've ever seen

  • @arronarronarron arron yer an idiot, this is a great demo..

  • sounds awesome! is this true bypass btw?

  • I have a question, did that loop the whole thing you played at the beginning?

  • the Cathedral doesn't loop. the Stereo Memory Man which looks awfully similar to this does though. the Cathedral was holding the last reverbed note (the player was holding the infinite switch down to keep the note playing)

  • I wonder what would happen if I tapped the tap wicked fast.

  • buying it tomorrow!

  • shoegazing heaven

  • yeah just release a nano infinite pedal please. I dont need all the other settings.

  • infinite reverb=shoegazer heaven

  • HAha, funny stereotyping ;D

  • Ahhh.

  • I will have infinite reverb...

  • I haven't heard a STEREO

  • you have to have two amps to run it stero, i'm guessing he is only demoing through one amp.

  • Because digitech makes crap pedals, might as well get a danelectro.

  • @Passitivity because your digital reverb pedal sounds plastic and grainy and condenses all of your organic guitar tone into a digitized/processed version of yourself.

  • digital is not a bad word. we're living in the 21st century!

  • you're living in the 21st century.

  • I know, that's just what I mean!

  • pinholestars you fuckin Knobhead deluxe. get a fuckin life before i headbutt you in the groin.

  • er, I do have a life. and a job. and it's to sell music gear. and this pedal sounds really digital and granulated. I'm not dissing his playing, just how the pedal sounds. It's got some cool functions, though.

  • Could you elaborate on the "digital and granulated" part? Like for example when do you think this issue accentuates?

  • @mindbodylightsound10

this one ... is also digital. you know that dont you?? ...

  • eh not quite. Plus these ehx pedals dont have a regular "volume" knob that increases and reduces the gain of the pedal. It has a "blend" knob which acts sort of like the the level on a parallel fx loop. Keep blend at half, and half of your signal is processed, and the other half is completely untouched.

  • i really cannot wait until peter stroud "demos" this new pedal!

    he's awesome at "demoing"!!

  • more fuzz boxes = more power

  • I don't care what the question is, the answer is more fuzz boxes

  • Why do you need so many fuzz boxes? Just wondering.

  • I'm guessing this was taped in some corner of the EHX factory in Brooklyn. They've got stuff like that "just laying around"

  • nicey nice, how much and is it available now

  • Fuck this still hasnt arrived in Vancouver yet...Maaaaan just bury me in that reverb

  • go hit up Seattle, while the dollar is close to par :)

  • Dude I already got it, and....its the tits to say the least.

  • I'm jelous. I wish I had one of those bad boys

  • Dude, the reverse reverb alone make's it worth it, the fact that it's also a vibrato, flanger, and delay, and oh yeah REVERB is just icing on an already diabetic cake....like when I'm jamming with my buddys, as soon as I kick it in their like, Woah, it just takes a solo to a higher dimension of space and time ^_^

  • damnnnnnnnn

    im sold.

  • MOAR GRAPHIC FUZZ!

  • What IC chip is it using? FV-1?

  • holy graphic fuzz!

  • You know what would be really good? If the author of this video put some text up explaining what knobs he/she was tweeking.

  • This video isn't intended to be a tutorial, it's intended to provide examples of what the pedal is capable of to sell it to potential buyers.

  • You can tell this is a dude...

  • @TravuhsWree

When is the last time you saw a chick with thick hair covering their arms...besides your mom?

  • buhh ZING!!!! nice one lol

  • yes. a must have !!!

  • i want that so badly.

  • this is too beast.

  • Mr T!!!

  • How's about you plug together all those Graphic Fuzzes? Eh? Eh?

  • O_o

Nine Graphic Fuzzes + One Cathedral = Orgasmic Wall of Noise

  • Very yes.

  • @FrippHowe Disgusting

  • <3<3<3

  • try the reverse on single note melodies or vocals. tool's reflection and a lot of gentle giant songs use it on vocals and it sounds just awsome, a little bizzare, but out of this world.

  • Infinite...wicked sweet.

  • So. Horny. For. Cathedral.

  • I want this pedal... i'm thinkin of buying one.. (i wish it wasn't so expensive)

  • Thanks for this demo! Way more interesting, to me, than the other one. And thanks for complying! It was good to hear the Infinite mode! The thing I'm wondering is, since I couldn't hear it clearly; if you hold the Infinite switch, you get a drone of reverb but the rest you're playing over it is dry, right? Or can it be reverberated as well?

  • very nice pedal. graphic fuzz is nice too! wish i had one oh.
