  • @jonabank i have the same feeling..the steps look so easy but when u get the stupid discussion and try that xD u realize that it's really hard and hurts ur back and knee..we need an answer! :)

  • @jonabank Are you locking your knees? Keeping them bent a little on the straight leg stretches might help. Other than that, I'm not sure what might be going wrong unless you maybe have a pre-existing knee injury.

  • @theprincess857 ease into it ofcourse you can do it just listen to your body.... remember patience start a stretching routine you can prepare one yourself just select 6 or 7 or more stretches and do it twice a day i just started a whole training regime again this week feeling really good its been a year since ive stretched properly.. still got it alittle :) so what seems to be the trouble???

  • i try to go a little further each time, like we're ment to, until i feel a little pain, at tht point i am just holding it for 15-20 secs, is it normal to feel pain? am i doin the right thing? does pain mean my muscles r stretchin not bein damaging? And will tht pain decrease the more i do tht same stretches, and i wont feel the pain again until i've managed to stretch a little further than before?

  • @fairshoulders06 yeah,the pain means your stretching good.it might hurt at first but once you do it more

    you wont even feel it.

  • @fairshoulders06 pain means ur muscles r stretching but if it gets 2 the point that ur about 2 die stop going further and let ur body getused 2 being in the position. :)

    No that's what you use after you're done playing with it. Preferably the kind with extra absorbency and strength
