@jonabank Are you locking your knees? Keeping them bent a little on the straight leg stretches might help. Other than that, I'm not sure what might be going wrong unless you maybe have a pre-existing knee injury.

I hate that people are saying that she's not very flexible, and that it makes her a bad teacher or something. For me the fact that she can't reach her toes makes this video better for teaching.
i try to go a little further each time, like we're ment to, until i feel a little pain, at tht point i am just holding it for 15-20 secs, is it normal to feel pain? am i doin the right thing? does pain mean my muscles r stretchin not bein damaging? And will tht pain decrease the more i do tht same stretches, and i wont feel the pain again until i've managed to stretch a little further than before?
@fairshoulders06 pain means ur muscles r stretching but if it gets 2 the point that ur about 2 die stop going further and let ur body getused 2 being in the position. :)
