to put sims in the frames, you need the camera from career rewards. once you take a picture with the camera, the picture produced is in a frame.

you can do that pose at night or in the morning in the sims 2. See all you do is click on the ground and make sure one of your sims are in love. Then when you click on the ground one option is cuddle under the clouds. At night it would be cuddle under the stars.

For a lot of stuff you need cheats/hacks

and if you have bon voyage, click the sim and press pose..or if you have university unlock the artist job thing and its a camera or cheat to get it and the camera if you click it you can pose. hope this helps. i suck at explaining xD
