As a boy kill uncle this was my introduction to solo morrissey . It was recorded on a old black Memorex tape my friend gave me that said "good music" .The other side was a broadcast of the local college alternative radio show. I would listen to it nights in my dark room as light patterns raced across the wall when cars by. Haunting melodies, bittersweet stories, I consider this album some of his finest writing.
@josefromla1 It's true. Kill Uncle is brilliant and has a handful of his best ever songs: King Leer, Our frank, Driving Your Girlfriend Home and this one, too. His most personal and "real" album by far.
