During the sketching process (finding shapes, forms etc.) I choose colours that are in my head. If I want it to be a grassy place in broad daylight, you try to imagine what it would look like. ANd then you can see around the middle of the vid, once I'm mostly happy with what I have so far, I colour-pick colours that are already
@flitz0Prinze try studying from life and reference images. DOnt exactly copy the colour, try to choose it manually. This'll help a lot and is a great practice

1 Big question:
How does your color palette constantly keeps on changing as you are drawing?
It seems as if you just think of the color and its there. This is one of the most difficult challenges to get by, the colors.

@flitz0Prinze in the painting using the ALT key. This'll turn the cursor into an eye droper and you can select any colour form the painting.
The best way to learn about colour is to learn the theory, complementary colours, composition, lighting etc. Also
