Ever checked projects like Tianjin's Xiangluowan CBD, Yujiapu CBD, Goldin Finance 117 or TWFC etc.? Shenyang's are as giant as those in Tianjin; a good example is Shenyang's Eton Center U/C, that project is huge. but you're right about epicness; no city in China can beat ChongQing in supertall construction.
