I'm mainly a dc guy and wasn't aware of all the sufers powers. I can't really think of any hero that could deal with all that but I'm unaware of the sufers weaknesses.

Such as in a microverse fight against Genis Vell photon both guys were considered holding back and the energies given off were breaking planets, yet when sentry " went all out" against WWH he broke a few buildings. Two great characters and heavy hitters! I love them both but have to agree Hulk would come up short against The Silver surfer. Although I would like to see how the Surfer would hold up against the likes of Thor. Hulk beat gladiator by BFR, but it wasn't easy. Hulk was holding onto his guts from fall out of his stomach. He had to use a near by nuclear plant (I think)

To beat Surfer, you have to dampen or take away his power cosmic (like how Dr.Doom did that one time). When that's gone, any proficient fighter can hold his own against Surfer. Black Panther had Surfer in an arm lock which Surfer couldn't break until he called his board for assisstance.

It depends on who is writing the comic. Silver Surfer can even transform matter down to the atomic level. His powers are near limitless. He can absorb the power of a sun, yet he barely scrapes by in many battles merely because of the writer at the time.

SS vs Galactus-Galactus wins easy. Galactus gave only a small part of his power to SS so he wins. In WW Hulk Surfer had no use of his power cosmic that is why Hulk won, in a normal battle SS wins easy vs Hulk he can turn Hulk back to banner easy his done it before

To beat Surfer, you have to dampen or take away his power cosmic (like how Dr.Doom did that one time). When that's gone, any proficient fighter can hold his own against Surfer. Black Panther had Surfer in an arm lock which Surfer couldn't break until he called his board for assisstance.

if the surfer were to use his power cosmic then hell yeah hulk cant win but if it was hand to hand combat then thats i different story even tho surfer can increase his strength to lift 200 tons. surfer said his borned speed or what ever it was is the one that saved him from the all that thrashing hulk gave him at the end of the fight but the power cosmic is the strongest source of power in marvel so the fight should go to surfer even if i like hulk more

It depends on who is writing the comic. Silver Surfer can even transform matter down to the atomic level. His powers are near limitless. He can absorb the power of a sun, yet he barely scrapes by in many battles merely because of the writer at the time.

i think surfer's PC he can spend his PC on enhancing his strength speed durabiltiy problem is he has to give up some of his PC to do so for example: he has to givee up some of his PC to fire an energy blast kinda like haing a multy tasking machine but u need the same rechargeable battery with a hook up divice to choose which part gets more power so i think that comic ur refering to the first one hulk was just lying down in pain from that hit surfer also says "only my space borned speed saved me'
