It may look like NOTHING, but believe me...it's something. Rides always look slower in videos than they actually are. Since this is in a small place, and it is all close together. It feels like you are going 80 mph. It's awesome.

Yes, the only differences are that they are mirror images of each other and instead of having a helix and a flooded town at 1:59-2:14, Disney Lands drops down into a cave, rises and makes a sharp right hand turn into the second lift.

Also I believe the WDW version is a little more spread out than DL.
