@booksandquills Paris is male in French and "tout de le Paris" doesn't make any sense, so technically, he's right. "Tous de la Paris" is not correct, except if you insert a "cité de" inbetween la and Paris. Trust me, French is my native language. And didn't you know Paris was referred to as the "city of lovers"? Don't be surprised is every couple goes there once in their life.
