Beautiful answer to Senator Obama's challenge. A comment to two already posted, which may sound racist. I am considered "white" and I do not feel intimidated when I enter something that is all black. I feel that as long as Hilton/Jolie/Spears/Simpson are reported to be the top search engine queries we need more dedicated people and organizations like AGC. I did not notice any front page headline news about Diana Ross's Lifetime Achievement Award or Barbara Hillary, for example.

I hate when people say there's a lack of diversity when something is all black. When a film or production is all white, no one ever says that. AGC is not all black because they chose to be. It is black owned and black operated. There are not many organizations that are owned by blacks. White people feel intimidated when they enter into something that is all black.
