Haha, I'm a dude but I can't find any other adjective than "cute" to define Tuoma's voice. xD

He does sound very unconfident, but he actually is pretty good. He's in tune, he's in time, that's all we're asking for. It would be great if he put himself more into singing, we would get 3 different voices (female, powerful male, soft male) on their records which could blend pretty well, in my opinion.

Great song (except for Tuomas' vocals, he sounds as if he's constantly out of breath in this one), and it STILL wasn't released on Spinefarm's 2007 special edition of Angels Fall First, even though the ultra-rare demo songs made it on there. Why?

Prior to The Islander, this was the only NW song over 5 mins long where Emppu doesn't bugger off for the last 1 1/2 minutes.

guys.. the voice reciting the poem belongs to Sami Vanska.. former bass  & vocalist of nightwish between 1998 and 2002..its not tuomas..

I actually think he has a good voice. It's very sweet and soothing but it wasn't right for the type of music they make. It's just not powerful enough like Marco's. With a little vocal training though he could be even better. He just needs to learn a little more control and learn to sing from his diaphragm more.

I think Tuomas voice would sound better with Anette, mainly because Tarja, as beautiful as it may be, overpowers Tuomas' voice, while Anette's voice is softer than Tarja's and IMO would blend in nicley with Tuomas' :D
