I think it is very daft of you to actually think he doesn't wash his hair. There is something called sarcasam and if he ddin't wash his hair like ever wouldn't he have nits? His hair is messy because he gets nervous and starts messing with it. Plus he was really tired from all the shooting of the movie and interviews he had to do and if i was him I would be tired also.

So I bought the book. The reading is very rudimentary. But for all it's 6th grade school girl charm, it plugged in the holes. Then I re-watched the movie and I was Ah okay. Now it kinda makes sense.
