thank you for this video. as one of the ones that was asleep in 2008, I am thankful that the great I AM guided me to youtube and to the various teachers I needed to encounter there. @ARDUNNO: I do not know if there is more I could add to what ntal and 11buckethead11 have shared with you, but what they DID say was true...I can attest to that from my heart of hearts...and I can say also that most people think of "responsibility" as something to dread. How about reframing it as "response-ability"? The ability to respond, to act from your own powers, your own gifts. That's how I see it. :)

@ARDUNNO don't worry man. Help is on the way ;) . If it wasn't for that suffering, you wouldn't even think about ascending! Trust me (or trust your-self), you wanted it that way. Every lightworker goes through that "this is all bullsh*t" kind of thing, and it is very real. But more is to follow. The 'LOVE' is at the end of that path when you just get rid of all that suffering, which just happens because of what you lived in 3D all your life. Hang in there.

In practice, it's the process of healing all the guilt, shame, dependency, fear or otherwise negative feelings one may have. Thus, dispite all the pain and darkness one may go through, the "end" result is only good, by your personal reference. You'll be Free.

There are zero negative feelings or considerations or judgement from your Higher-Self towards you. also i am sometimes judgemental of myself and others, and feel bad about it.... i have no right to judge, but still do it occasionally in my mind, i do not know where this part of me comes from but i do not like it, i can be hard on myself, expexing better

@ARDUNNO You're heavily judging yourself. Love, good or bad, sex, good or bad. Seduction, good or bad? I know it's a pain and confusing. But the real, real heavy baggage there is the judging itself (I know about that). The guilt, the blame. I'd say that if you were to get THAT off your system, you then could see clearly the things you prefer or not prefer for you, the "righter" or "wronger" things. You could know clearly how you love or have sex better, or everything else, *without drama*.

Ascension are for those who connect with the oneness. You must activate your Kundalini from your Root chakra to your Crown. In bible the fall of man is the Divine mother within faling. She must be raised from Root Chakra to Crown which is the Divine Father.
