They should start installing water hoses or spray hoses in every masjid they can. Actually the best is spray hoses, like in Singapore and Malaysia..its very easy to wash yourself :)

Here in Switzerland, u can sleep on the bathroom's floor. Wow, it smells so good in there, the floor, the mirrors, the restrooms, etc. all is perfect blank!!!!! MashaAllah. U even have white towels for after wudu. One day, there was some water on the floor, immediately, I see a lady warning us for not walking on it and a few seconds later, she came with a floorcloth to sweep it! AlhamdulilLah...
this is SUCH AN IMPORTANT issue Baba raised! the smaller mosques almost ALWAYS have filthy toilets, i guess ppl think coz the mosque is small their respect is small?? BUT even in the larger mosques or new ones, the toilets are clean only at first then they also become filthy! i mean WHY? why do ppl do this!

Its good that you use a bottle of water. I just recently learned this fact from a lady scholar, she said if you dont have water ( y ou find yourself in that situation) you can use the tissue but you have to use it three times and it has to be complelely cleaned, if not you must use more until the najasa is clean, however it cannot be less than three times. It just shows how Allah has made it easy for us Muslims :)

(sharia law is 100,000x more filthy, barbaric, and uncivilized than using tp alone). I do agree that it would be best to use TP, then wash, then dry and go, which is HOPEFULLY how you do it. Alot of people dont realise that personal hygiene is important to one's health. If they truly read the quraan and think about it they would realise that Allah has prohibited us from things that are dangerous to our health. I found them when I was in Japan but I am so surprised much of the western world has not caught onto this yet. Toilet paper is really a bad way to keep yourself clean after using the bathroom & amount of people who do not wash their hands is appalling. Another reason why I prefer to eat at home unless the restaurant is halal.

Yes...this is the reason why I've stopped going to my favourite mosque coz one night after Terawih, I popped into the toilet and was absolutely aghast at the sight and smell. As a beginning Muslim, I found it hard to identify with the 'old-school' Muslim aunties who wanted to teach me more about Islam. At the back of my mind, all i could think about was how dirty they are...
On a positive note, I've found a really clean mosque with really clean toilets...Alhamdullilah :)

I use water at the toilet, and I'm not even a Muslim. I'm a Baha'i, and I learned to use water at the toilet from another Baha'i, who learned it from a Persian Baha'i. I'm guessing it's a habit that Baha'is inherited from Islam (our mother religion). When I said I wash in the toilet stall, one lady asked, "But isn't that unsanitary?" HUH??? o.O You've got to be kidding, right?
Anywho, I'm really glad I do this, 'cause at all times, I know there's no foul odor!

(sharia law is 100,000x more filthy, barbaric, and uncivilized than using tp alone). I do agree that it would be best to use TP, then wash, then dry and go, which is HOPEFULLY how you do it. It would be ultimately more disgusting than us if you just went at a fresh mess with only your fingers and water without wiping it first.

Alot of people dont realise that personal hygiene is important to one's health. If they truly read the quraan and think about it they would realise that Allah has prohibited us from things that are dangerous to our health. He wanted us to be clean so that we could prolong our life and be healthy. Islam is the cleanest religion and maybe the only one.

Assallamu alaikum, I hope you have a great Eid. I really enjoy your show and have watched several episodes so far. People should think about using Toto hygienic toilets. I found them when I was in Japan but I am so surprised much of the western world has not caught onto this yet. Toilet paper is really a bad way to keep yourself clean after using the bathroom & amount of people who do not wash their hands is appalling. Another reason why I prefer to eat at home unless the restaurant is halal.

Yes...this is the reason why I've stopped going to my favourite mosque coz one night after Terawih, I popped into the toilet and was absolutely aghast at the sight and smell. As a beginning Muslim, I found it hard to identify with the 'old-school' Muslim aunties who wanted to teach me more about Islam. At the back of my mind, all i could think about was how dirty they are...
On a positive note, I've found a really clean mosque with really clean toilets...Alhamdullilah :)
