@beller099 don't buy a go, because they don't work with UMD's, you should buy a PSP 1000 (PHAT) or a PSP 2000 (slim) (Used of course) Because with that psp's models you can run Custom Firmware and download the games free

In order to get those 10 free games you either A; bought a new pspGo AFTER the FIRST of june, or B; Dont use you're new pspGo untill about after the first of june, and then create a new acc.

So all in a nutshell, you can't use a pspGo system that has already been used, ONLINE, >>Before<< the first of june, creating a new account wont help either.
