Travis ended up not running the final three stages on Sunday because of the penalty. Good decision on Subaru Rally Team USA's part to take him out, seeing as the rain and Travis driving flat out to make up the penalty time could have resulted in a totaled rally car.

Yep, good decision i talked to Block and ACP they both said it was real slick. Also talked to Travis at SS#12 he understood the decision. Glad he was nice enough to head out to the spectator areas.
