yo im a salsa dancer myself...from cali colombia!!...now my personal comment is that he has some very nice moves...i have to give it to him... but there a mayor issue with his dancing..he is moving around tooooo much for the actuall tempo of the song..he looks like he is over doing it!! Dancing salsa is going with the instruments readom, not faster or slower than them..thats what i call..hay que ponerle PASSION HP!!

in other words..dance with PASSION AND WITH THE TEMPO OF THE SONG!!!!!!!!!!!!

this isnt ahtoy from baila society...i have danced with this ahtoy in mcallen, tx. Ahtoy from baila society is highy trained, she makes no mistakes whatsoever..not that this ahtoy is a bad dancer..shes also a good dancer..ahtoy from baila has a totally different face and is a little shorter

@QueenV9 i didnt mean to offend either..but honestly i know this dancer in the video..the ahtoy from baila does does not stay still or pauses when she should be styling...this dancer does alot of pausing and repeats her styling..i think i only see 2 maybe 3 different styling..the ahtoy from baila has MUCH more moves and alot more styling..she is precise and very clean...look at some more social videos from ahtoy from baila..

@rgv2006tx She probably isn't styling as much because she isn't used to Gabe's moves as much as Daniel's. I've seen photos of the Baila Society's Ahtoy at that salsa congress wearing that same exact outfit, hairstyle and jewelry. It's HER.

Its funny how ya'll argue about who is the best... This isnt football strikers where the best scores more... Salseros' styles are different from one to another, and there is not scale to evaluate every individual one in social dancing. All of them are great danceres as long as they are making the dance enjoyable for their partners, not for you to score them. So the best you do is to go out there on the dance floor, creat your own style and dance all night long instead of comparing dancers..

I love watching him dance because he personifies the true art of salsa social dancing, no complicated tricks or crazy multiple turns. Ahtoy really looks like she's having a ball dancing with him.
