Well, here is my take on this. I consider myself a fairly strong minded person. I listened to this, and it had little effect. I did not experience this overly dramatic trip like the description says. And yes, i put on stereo headphones, and sat in a room with no distractions, other than my computer. however, i did feel some effect. I felt this need to tighten my fist and arm muscles, and i had a slight tremor in my hands. Also, the aftermath consisted of some slight disarrangement.
