My wife and I saw a person like that about a year ago near Kuitpo Forrest near Adelaide, South Australia. We were driving down the road and something that shimmered clear, but you could see the outline of the image, faintly. It crossed in front of us and stopped to look at us as we went by.

i think it's just a combination of horrible, horrible video quality and the camouflage they wear. watch the guys at 3:00, especially the middle guy. when they get in the grass and by that wood or whatever you can barely even see him at all. the other thing is why would just that one random soldier have some kind of cloaking tech that would cost millions and millions of dollars? if anyone has something like that it would be the seals or something not a random footsoldier.

2:03 theres a full blown 10ft mechsuit soldiers (i thot only china had those?) cloaked on the right sight of that skinny sand tree or flag pole. about 2 inches in from the aljizzso network square. nobody noticed? the blast really showed it, the smoke halos it, and its gone by the clip cut before the small invisible guy if thats real. even if the guy is fake, one of those mechsuits is there - thats amazing.
