That is called a play bow. They normally do that when they want to play or are happy.

@Gehinterkopf this isn't too technical, but i've been working at a doggy day-care place for a while now, and it is most commonly referred to as "play-bowing." they do it to other dogs to show that they are just playing around, and not wanting to get in a serious fight. just like every dog gesture though, there are many little subtleties to their movements that change the meaning of what they're doing, so don't always assume they want to play when they do it.

LOL, we had a dog like that. It would eat lemons if we cooked them for it, though. She also enjoyed banana skins, fish heads and greasy lettuce. :)

I honestly don't know whether she was weird or greedy, or both.
