Well, first of all their pronunciation, they are sining as if the song was written in English. The sound "g" should be pronounced like in "good", not like in "gym". The latin sound "r" is like russian/spanish/italian, not like english, french or german.
Second thing, "Gaudeamus igitur" meant to be an anthem, it should be enspiring! Here it sounds like there is no even a single exlamation mark in th text, only comas. They should sing faster and louder!
