One of my favorite movies, but two things in this clip:
1. How the hell does Sam let Caffey drive to go after Jo? He is absolutely hammered on whiskey. What kind of lawyer would do that?
2. If Jo doesn't trip on the bat, which makes her put it in the closet, what happens with the trial? Would Caffey get the idea about Santiago not packing? Food for thought.
